Certus Capital Company, a 17 year old local leading Mortgage broker, is looking for Senior Mortgage Processors for its expanding team. Our mission is to provide perfect service, lower rates and faster closings for residential and commercial real estate owners.

• $49/hr up to 100K/year
• Work from Home Full Time (40 hours week)
• Computer and/or mobile devices provided as needed

Responsibilities:

• Drive files from origination to funding
• Advise and instruct all parties in the value chain
• Utilize technology and logistics to force turn times lower
• Enhance brand with 100% customer satisfaction
• Grow brand by referring Company's services to your sphere of influence

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communications skills required in English and Spanish
• High speed internet >= 25 Mbps download 15mbps upload
• 1 year experience managing pipeline of at least 20 mortgage loans/month
• Microsoft Office & GSuite capable
• Willingness & capacity to learn
• Attention to detail
• Honesty
